Mirror AU rundown

W spoilers under the cut.

When Raito Sonozaki was five years old, he fell into a well that led directly into the Earth's memories. He died, but was reconstructed as a homunculus formed of data. His canon counterpart was treated like a tool, his memories erased so he would comply with his father's nebulously evil scheme. But in this AU, Ryubee continued to treat Raito as a member of the family.

Raito grew up internalizing the messages he was told: that he and his family were special, "chosen by the Earth", and that he was above the common peasants. Thus, like his sister Wakana, he grew into something of a spoiled, arrogant brat. He has an incredible work ethic, though, often clashing with Saeko when it comes to who can do their job better.

Even though he's not an amnesiac, he's spent most of his life working on Gaia Memories so he's still fairly sheltered. He still has a tendency to go on research binges and shut everything else out. He also has a Museum commander's driver and a non-purified Cyclone Memory that he can use to become a Dopant.

Other consequences of this AU include the fact that Fumine is still part of the family, since she had no incentive to leave. Thus Sokichi Narumi doesn't have all of his fancy gadgets, and there is no Kamen Rider protecting Fuuto.
